MyInstitution and http://wvaquavit.marshall.edu do not warrant, and hereby disclaim any warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any good, service, or information obtained from http://wvaquavit.marshall.edu. MyInstitution does not warrant that http://wvaquavit.marshall.edu will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that http://wvaquavit.marshall.edu is free of viruses or other harmful components.
